Terms of Service
1. Service description
Yahoogle ("the service") is a SaaS product that audits sending domains against Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender requirements (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, List-Unsubscribe / RFC 8058, and complaint rate), assigns letter grades A–F, and provides registrar-specific DNS fix copy. The Standard plan includes a managed RFC 8058-compliant one-click unsubscribe endpoint.
The service is provided by AVBoost Agency ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you ("user", "you") agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- You may only audit domains for which you are the owner or have explicit authorization from the owner.
- You may not use Yahoogle to audit domains for purposes of identifying technical weaknesses in third-party email infrastructure, circumventing email filters, or any malicious purpose.
- The managed unsubscribe endpoint may only be used for legitimate opt-out processing for real subscribers who have consented to receive email from you.
3. ESP integrations
By connecting an ESP (Mailchimp, Brevo), you authorize Yahoogle to access complaint rate data using the scopes disclosed during the OAuth consent flow. We access reporting data only — we do not read, modify, or export your subscriber lists or campaign content.
4. Managed unsubscribe endpoint
The managed RFC 8058 endpoint (Standard plan) processes one-click unsubscribe requests and proxies them to your connected ESP. You are responsible for:
- Adding the correct List-Unsubscribe header to your campaigns pointing to your Yahoogle endpoint.
- Ensuring your ESP account remains connected and active — Yahoogle cannot process unsubscribes if the ESP connection lapses.
- Complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable email laws in your jurisdiction.
Yahoogle is not liable for unsubscribe processing failures caused by ESP downtime or revoked OAuth credentials.
5. Accuracy of audit results
Audit results reflect the state of your DNS records and ESP reporting data at the time of the scan. DNS propagation delays may cause temporary discrepancies. We make no guarantee that achieving an A grade will prevent inbox placement issues — inbox placement is determined by receiving ISPs, not solely by the checks Yahoogle performs.
6. Subscription plans and billing
Plans (Free, Standard at $39/mo, Agency at $99/mo) are billed monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately. Payments processed by Stripe. Refunds at our discretion for billing errors.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data.
8. Intellectual property
Yahoogle and its underlying software are owned by AVBoost Agency. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your paid subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for email deliverability outcomes, campaign performance, or ESP account actions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. We may suspend accounts for material breach or non-payment after a 7-day cure period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
