We check all requirements from Gmail and Yahoo's February 2024 bulk-sender policy update: SPF alignment, DKIM (2048-bit key recommended), DMARC policy of at least
p=quarantine, RFC 8058 one-click List-Unsubscribe, and a complaint rate below 0.3%.On Standard, Yahoogle hosts a managed RFC 8058-compliant one-click unsubscribe URL. When a subscriber clicks "Unsubscribe" in Gmail, the unsubscribe POST is handled by us and proxied to your Mailchimp or Brevo list — no preference-center wall. You add a List-Unsubscribe header pointing to your Yahoogle endpoint.
No. Mailchimp is connected with the
reporting:read scope only. We pull aggregate complaint rate data — not your subscriber list, contact emails, or campaign content.No. The first audit reads your existing public DNS records. Yahoogle will tell you exactly what needs to change. DNS edits are only needed once you're ready to implement the fixes.
Mailchimp (via OAuth,
reporting:read scope) and Brevo (via API key). Both are used only to read your 14-day aggregate complaint rate. The Agency plan allows multiple connections from the same provider; Standard includes one ESP connection.BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is a DNS record that displays your logo in the Gmail inbox next to authenticated emails. It requires DMARC
p=quarantine or stricter. Yahoogle checks BIMI record presence and valid SVG format. It is not required by the Feb-2024 rules, but it improves sender brand trust.Free tier: one manual audit every 7 days. Standard and Agency: on-demand plus automatic weekly scheduled re-scans. You can trigger a manual re-scan any time from the dashboard.
Eight registrars: Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Route 53, DigitalOcean, Hover, and Porkbun. For each failing check, you get the exact record to add in that registrar's format.
There's a Free tier ($0/mo: 1 domain, 1 ESP, 1 audit every 7 days, no card required). Standard is $39/mo (1 domain + 1 ESP, on-demand audits, complaint-rate tracking, the managed unsubscribe endpoint, and auto-fix DNS copy). Agency is $99/mo (10 domains + 5 ESPs and white-label PDF reports). Plans are billed monthly via Stripe and you can cancel any time from the billing dashboard.
All data is stored in the EU (Hetzner Falkenstein, Germany) with row-level security per account. Full audit detail is retained while your account is active and deleted 90 days after closure; the unsubscribe event ledger uses a 30-day rolling window. You can request GDPR export or erasure any time at [email protected].
