What you're signing up for

We audit compliant email for a living, so we hold our own list to the same standard. Here's exactly what opting in means — and how to leave the moment it stops being useful.

We practice what we audit. Every email we send carries a working one-click RFC 8058 unsubscribe header and a plain unsubscribe link — the exact things Yahoogle checks your campaigns for. No dark patterns, no preference-center wall.

When we add you to our list

You're added to the Yahoogle email list only when you take a clear, deliberate action:

  • You join the waitlist with your email address.
  • You create a Yahoogle account and choose to receive product and onboarding email.

We do not buy lists, scrape addresses, or add you because you contacted support. If you didn't ask to hear from us, you won't.

What we send

  • Early-access and launch notices — if you joined the waitlist, we'll tell you when Yahoogle opens to new senders.
  • Product updates — meaningful changes to audits, the managed unsubscribe endpoint, ESP integrations, or pricing.
  • Account & service email — billing receipts, security notices, and audit-related alerts. These are transactional and are sent because you have an account, not because you opted in to marketing.

We send sparingly. No daily blasts, no unrelated third-party offers.

The data behind your sign-up

When you join via the waitlist, we store your email address and, if present, the basic source/campaign tags that tell us which page you came from. This is covered in full by our Privacy Policy.

Changing your mind

Opting in is never permanent. You can leave at any time:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send — it works on the first click.
  • Or visit our opt-out page for the full walkthrough.
  • Or email [email protected] and we'll remove you.
